Evoke a Meditative State of Mind

On our recent trip back from Perth to the Gold Coast, we stopped by the beautiful sand caves in the Pilliga National Park in NSW. We found this perfect location to film this Kundalini Yoga meditation: "Evoke a Meditative State of Mind".

This is one of the most powerful and quickest ways to clear thoughts and access a meditative state.  It brings the glandular and nervous systems into balance, particularly the pituitary gland.

Perform this meditation for a minimum of 11 minutes, and for as long as 31 minutes.
