In preparation for our Kundalini Yoga Masquerade Ball on the Saturday 13th June 2015, we will perform 21-days of a Kundalini Yoga meditation called "Removing the Mask". This meditation will be practiced in each class leading up to the Ball, and we hope you can practice this at home on the days you are not in class.
This is a powerful Kundalini Yoga meditation and we recommend that you do it exactly as described to get the most benefit.
