In Kundalini Yoga, the morning spiritual practice is called 'sadhana', and it is an important aspect of the practice. We found ourselves driving across the Nullarbor Plain in February this year. A stand-out moment was the eerie, vacuous silence that pervaded the landscape during the early mornings. We thought it would be an excellent opportunity to make a video about having a regular spiritual practice (sadhana) right as the sun was breaking the desert plain.
