Our classes are instructed by experienced and qualified teachers who will inspire and uplift you.
All Kundalini Yoga classes are taught by Adi Shakti Kaur (Vanessa Strauss) and are 90-minutes in duration. We supply yoga mats and cushions, but you are welcome to bring your own. Wearing loose and comfortable clothing is recommended.
All Movement for Life classes are an hour in duration and begin with a general warm-up and mobility drills. We then explore movements that enhance strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and flow. To complete the class, we play a movement game and decompress the spine with fascia stretching and joint decompressions (ELDOA). Wear comfortable clothing for exercise, and bring a full-length towel and a bottle of water.
Bookings are essential for both Kundalini Yoga and Movement for Life classes.
