We have created a four-part video series called 'Movement Fundamentals.' These videos will teach you an integrated exercise that will restore health, mobility and coordination back into your core muscles and spine.
We have included the first 'Movement Fundamentals' video below. In this video, you will learn a hip, pelvis, and low back mobility exercise which makes up the foundation of the integrated exercise we call the Spinal Series.

We design each class specifically for the students who are attending and therefore, all classes are strictly by booking only.
