Where to Start

Your Movement for Life training starts now.

We have created a four-part video series called 'Movement Fundamentals.'  These videos will teach you an integrated exercise that will restore health, mobility and coordination back into your core muscles and spine. 

We have included the first 'Movement Fundamentals' video below.  In this video, you will learn a hip, pelvis, and low back mobility exercise which makes up the foundation of the integrated exercise we call the Spinal Series.

If you like this video, sign up and receiving the remaining three videos which will cover the mid-spine, shoulder blades, and the finale of putting it all together.  There may also be a sneaky bonus video in there too!

If you are interested in attending a Movement for Life class, we are currently offering 3 classes for the price of 1.  Take a look at our Class Times and go to the Pricing Page to sign up.  We design each class specifically for the students who are attending and therefore, all classes are strictly by booking only.  If you would like to attend, then send us an email with the date of the class you would like to participate in.  We cater for all levels of skill & fitness and can accommodate for people with injuries.
