I have an office job and I felt that I was losing my vitality and overall well-being.  Although I had tried the typically run-of-the-mill training facilities, their culture just didn't fit in with my values.  It was the Movement for Life culture and community at Centre for Life that attracted me to start taking classes regularly.  

However, my challenge has always been to commit to regular training.  This is where the supportive community and the focus on wellness (rather than just fitness) really helped.  Almost 12 months in, I have kept a promise to myself to constantly fulfill my membership and my health has benefited enormously.

Movement for Life has helped me shift into feeling much more comfortable within my body in day to day life by gaining strength, flexibility and an opening in my joints. I have learned how to achieve and maintain increased vitality and long-term well-being.  And since education is such a big part of the philosophy, I have a better understanding how my body works.
