"The variety of exercises in Movement for Life and the 'non-gym' environment is what I enjoyed the most."

 I have been a student of Pilates in the past and the idea of a program that focuses on core strength and developing flexibility really appealed to me.  I have notice that the Movement for Life classes have helped me develop a stronger core, and create more flexibility in my body.  I have learnt natural movement patterns that I didn't know I could (or should) do.  And above all, the regular niggly little injuries I used to carry form running is now a thing of the past.

The variety of exercises in Movement for Life and the 'non-gym' environment is what I enjoyed the most.  There is great camaraderie of the other participants.  Classes are small so you do get to know people a bit and it really is suited for everyone. 

The instructors are very knowledgeable who treat everyone as an individual and makes an effort to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses. 

I just love it!
